P&G is looking for talented students in Mexico to join our Internship Program at our regional offices in Panama!

The P&G Latin America Internship program offers promising undergraduate students the opportunity to grow as business leaders by stepping into the shoes of a P&Ger for a minimum of 6 months at our Latin American Headquarters located in Panama City Panama. You will join one of our departments Brand Management Finance & Accounting Human Resources Sales or Product Supply and work on projects during your internship.

Some of your tasks will be:

• Work on key projects that you will own lead and deliver from Day 1
• Collaborate with a diverse team of P&Gers from various backgrounds nationalities and markets
• Develop innovative approaches to big problems using creativity and teamwork
• Receive continuous coaching and mentorship from your manager and colleagues
• Contribute to a dynamic and respectful work environment

Job Qualifications

We are looking for a student who:

• Is an active undergraduate student with 6-12 months left to graduate.
• Can move to Panama until graduation and fully commit to delivering projects that will last at least 6 months.
• Has written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Displays strong teamwork analytical skills problem solving and an end-goal oriented attitude.
• Is driven to overcome barriers or setbacks to consistently deliver strong results.
• Is comfortable collaborating with people from different levels backgrounds and experiences.
• Shows strong passion to continuously learn new things and grow as a professional.

Hard Skills:

• Understanding of business principles
• Basic financial acumen
• Proficiency in relevant software tools

Soft Skills:

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Effective communication abilities
• Leadership potential and creativity

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of marketing strategies
