Your Impact:
As a Partner Specialist Intern at Deliverect based in Mexico City you will play a crucial role in managing channel activations providing support and updates to reseller partners and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
You will also be responsible for coaching and educating partners on product features identifying areas for improvement and maintaining strong relationships. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to increasing efficiency within the white label partnerships team and fostering long term relationships by increasing engagement.
Role Details:
- Fluency in English and Spanish required with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese is a strong asset but not mandatory
- This is a full-time hybrid role with a flexible work schedule offering 3 days in our Mexico City office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.
- One-year internship with the potential for an extension
What you will do:
- Manage communications internally and externally for 3rd Party Delivery Channel activations with White Label Partners including workflows for food delivery platforms like DoorDash (DD) UE (UE) etc.
- Provide comprehensive support and updates to partners on launch day ensuring smooth activations and following up on any issues.
- Provide coaching best practices and 1:1 training to White Label Partners to maximize their performance.
- Identify key trends in support and onboarding processes and develop new workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide tier 1 support to partners via Slack or email and triage escalations to the support staff.
- Provide feature support as a Deliverect subject matter expert working closely with partner sales or onboarding teams.
- Stay updated on new features and integrations leading the White Label team on their utilization and providing training to internal and external teams.
- Assist the Partner Manager Team with processing of Partner intake and commission statements
What you will Bring:
- Once trained show a strong understanding of the Deliverect platform to showcase the Deliverect product its features and its capabilities to our partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written to successfully communicate with partners and internal teams. Possess the ability to clearly explain the partnership process providing instructions and addressing partner concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Project management abilities to successfully prioritise multiple partners with efficiency.
- A genuine partner-centric mindset to provide a positive partner experience. Understanding and empathizing with partners needs challenges and goals will help you strengthen their engagement with Deliverect.
- A solid technical aptitude to explain and creatively troubleshoot basic Deliverect software applications and technology issues.
- Posess attention to detail when managing varying partner requests auditing large scale documentation and reporting on common issues.
- The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and solve problems effectively. Self manage unforeseen challenges and adopt a resourceful and proactive solutions driven mindset.
- Previous Restaurant POS Customer Support or 3PD (ie. Uber/Doordash) experience an asset
