We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as anBusiness Support Manager (6 Months Contract) - Global Private Banking.
In this role you will:
- Manage Market Heads calendars and schedules including coordination of internal/external meetings video calls and travel arrangements
- Handle expense claims reimbursements and corporate credit card reconciliations in line with bank policy
- Draft edit and proofread correspondence reports and presentations for Market Heads
- Assists with other tasks as required
To be successful you will need:

- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise where required
- Strong teamwork initiative
- Good research and communication skills
- Ability to work professionally with all levels of staff and management
