Job Summary
The Districtwide Safety-Care Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the implementation and training management of the districts Safety-Care program ensuring that all staff members are appropriately trained credentialed and supported in the use of evidence-based de-escalation and physical safety interventions. This role coordinates initial and recertification trainings maintains accurate credentialing records monitors compliance with district policy and state regulations and serves as the primary liaison between building administrators trainers and central office leadership. The Coordinator ensures consistency of practice across schools and promotes a culture of safe respectful and proactive behavioral support aligned with the districts commitment to student and staff well-being.
