Position: Live Agent Coordinator
Naplesjetcenter is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Live Agent Coordinator. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and customers providing exceptional customer service and support
- Coordinate and schedule incoming and outgoing flights ensuring timely and efficient service
- Manage and maintain flight schedules and reservations
- Communicate with pilots ground crew and other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and record keeping
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and requirements
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent college degree preferred
- Previous experience in aviation or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
