Training Administrator - IC2

A Training Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the teams initiatives to deliver exceptional learning experiences. This position is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role will involve managing scheduling communication data tracking and other logistical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of Sonos training programs. This role will manage our accreditation documentation for certified courses the team administers as well as the dissemination of any certificates to our partner audiences

What Youll Do:

  • Manage scheduling and organizing in-person and webinar training sessions for external partners.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related marketing communications. Effectively communicate training schedule and session details for internal and external audiences.

  • Manage paperwork and reporting for continuing education programs and certifications. This would include working closely with groups like CEDIA AVIXA NHAB and the AIA.

  • Maintain training records track participant details and ensure documentation is up to date. Generate reports for leadership on training metrics feedback and effectiveness.

  • Event Logistics: Coordinate the logistics for in-person or virtual training events including room bookings and attendee registration.

What Youll Need:

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative roles preferably within a training or technology environment.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Slides Sheets Docs) Microsoft Powerpoint and Zoom Webinars

  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Ability to work with data and manage training records accurately.

  • The ability to travel throughout North America Europe Asia and Australia for potential team events.

  • Language fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) training software or similar platforms is a plus but not required.

  • Relevant experience working with training certifications and accreditation programs including but not limited to AIA CEDIA AVIXA NHAB

  • Additional language fluency in Spanish French German Japanese

  • A love of the music and home theater experience
