Training & Competence Supervisor Mortgage & Protection

Location: London

Up to 45k Bonus Benefits

Are you an experienced Training & Competence (T&C) Supervisor that enjoys getting the best out of Mortgage Advisers

Ready to step into a role where you can shape advisers improve standards and genuinely impact outcomes

Were hiring a Mortgage & Protection T&C Supervisor to work closely with advisers coaching mentoring and raising the bar across the board.

Responsibilities:

Coaching advisers to improve performance and outcomes
Reviewing files running observations & delivering 1:1s
Leading training on products regulation & best practice
Ensuring everything aligns with FCA T&C & Consumer Duty

Experience required:

CeMAP (or equivalent)
Solid knowledge of MCOB / ICOBS / T&C frameworks
Experience supporting coaching or supervising advisers
Strong communication and a real passion for developing people
