Your mission
What does a Call Center EU Intern do you might ask
Well this role is allowed to do the best part of our everyday work to still the hunger for sustainable energy!
In a little more detail this is what you will do in your day to day job:
- Data Analyze of Hotline and Service Ticket in EMEA region.
- Use the results of the analysis to help optimize the hotline plan and ticket handling processes.
- Support the Hotline Service Partner in their daily work for example account creation and training material support.
- Coordinate with internal resources for hotline partners.
- Optimize current report with DATA analyze tools.
Your profile
- Preferably have some experience of data analysis using Power BI or Excel and Python.
- Understand basic engineering work structure.
- Communicate well in a multicultural environment.
- Multilingual is a big plus.
- Have a strong willingness to work with a dynamic team.
- Fast learner and analytical skills are a must.
- English (C1) German (C1) or Chinese (C1). Additional European languages are a plus.
