Intern, HR Operations (mfd) near Venlo

About Your Tasks:

• Support the management of HR service tickets by responding to employee and manager inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes including document preparation system updates and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Support administrative processes across the employee lifecycle (e.g. contract changes leave requests certificates).
• Collaborate with different HR functions and other departments to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation.

Qualifications :

About You:

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program ideally in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• You have a structured and detail-oriented way of working and enjoy handling administrative tasks.
• You are service-minded reliable and communicate clearly and professionally.
• You are comfortable working with digital tools and systems (e.g. MS Office HR systems).
• You are able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care.
• You are available at least 20h per week.
