Functional Analyst Intern

Job Description

Overview

You will work closely with analysts developers and business stakeholders to design and implement Power Platformbased solutions with the goal of automating processes andoptimizingways of working.

Your role

• Manage the entire development cyclefrom design to deliveryof Power Apps forms and Power Automate workflows using primarily SharePoint Online lists and libraries as data sources to support a variety of internal business processes.
• Engage in requirement discussions and solution design sessions working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs proposing effective solutions and implementing them collaboratively.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear structured functional specifications while also modeling current and future state business processes.
• Engage with IT teams and resources to evaluate solution feasibility understand best practices and utilize lessons learned from previous business cases.
• Create and maintain technical documentation of the solutions features and configuration elements in accordance with team standards.
• Develop and execute system testing and test plans support and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Participate in technical knowledge sharing workshops about developed solutions.

About you

• Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or equivalent.
• Prior experience (academic or personal projects) with Microsoft 365 tools primarily Power Apps Power Automate and SharePoint.
• Basic knowledge of programming and databases.
• Logical solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a methodical and structured approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio).
• Bilingual in French and English both written and spoken.*
