THE TEAM
The mission of the Retail Boutique Management Department is to lead our specialized teams to sell clothes and deliver world-class experiences.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Retail Boutique Management Department is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to lead and motivate the teams responsible for selling clothes delivering world-class client experiences and building loyal client relationships. As the Vice President Retail you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across the region through strategic planning inspirational leadership and robust partnership with cross-functional partners. THE ROLE
As the Vice President Retail you will oversee and lead the teams to:
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
Sell clothes deliver world-class experiences and build loyal client relationships.
Create an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people in the right place at the right time.
Seamlessly own or escalate the invisible details that enable an exceptional shopping experience.
Manage their day-to-day performance in support of business objectives enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Vice President Retail has:
Proven and best-in-class skills education and/or applicable certifications in multi-unit global retail management
A commitment to learn apply champion and enrich Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value
