勤務場所このポジションはハイブリッドであり週2日での出社が必要です出社日は事前に決められており会社全体で統一されています
仕事内容
メールマーケティング
メールの内容企画関連部署から共有されたメールコンテンツの内容確認構成チェック 配信ツールを使用した配信設定 顧客属性や行動履歴に基づいたターゲットリストの作成設定 ステップメールのシナリオ設計運用改善 配信後の効果検証SQLAdobe Analyticsなど使用
Reactivation施策(休眠ユーザー活性化)
メールLINEDM 等を活用した再アプローチ施策の企画設計 データ を基にした反応商品の選定分析およびユーザー傾向の把握 休眠ユーザーの行動データ分析およびそれを踏まえたカスタマージャーニーの検討構築
応募資格
必須要件Must
メールマーケティングの実務経験
メールマガジン等のコンテンツ構成案の作成および修正指示の経験
定量データを用いた分析実務経験
例休眠顧客分析簡易的な傾向分析ユーザー行動分析など
データに基づき課題を特定し改善施策の立案実行検証まで行った経験
CRM 領域への理解関心
顧客育成やLTV最大化にかかわる取り組みに対して強い関心または理解をお持ちの方
課題発見から企画実行までを周囲と連携しながら主体的に推進できる方
歓迎要件Nice to have
事業会社での BtoC または BtoB マーケティング経験
CRM / MA / Web接客ツールKARTEなどの利用経験
