The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for leading financial planning forecasting and analysis across North America to support senior leadership decision-making. This role aligns U.S. financial plans with company objectives delivers performance insights and drives standardized efficient FP&A processes that enable strong business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead regional FP&A processes including budgeting forecasting and strategic planning

• Oversee monthly financial reporting and business review materials for senior leadership

• Partner with sales marketing operations and finance leaders to develop financial projections

• Analyze performance trends and provide actionable insights to improve results

• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and reporting tools

• Lead strategic financial and analytical initiatives across the region

• Support development of data visualization and advanced analytics

More about you:

• University degree in Economics Business Administration Management or similar

• MBA or CPA preferred

• 12 years of corporate finance experience including 6 years in FP&A

• Strong background in financial analysis forecasting and reporting

• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights

• Proven leader with strong communication and change management skills

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This roles pay range is between: $153K to $190K . This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
