Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for leading financial planning forecasting and analysis across North America to support senior leadership decision-making. This role aligns U.S. financial plans with company objectives delivers performance insights and drives standardized efficient FP&A processes that enable strong business performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead regional FP&A processes including budgeting forecasting and strategic planning
Oversee monthly financial reporting and business review materials for senior leadership
Partner with sales marketing operations and finance leaders to develop financial projections
Analyze performance trends and provide actionable insights to improve results
Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and reporting tools
Lead strategic financial and analytical initiatives across the region
Support development of data visualization and advanced analytics
More about you:
University degree in Economics Business Administration Management or similar
MBA or CPA preferred
12 years of corporate finance experience including 6 years in FP&A
Strong background in financial analysis forecasting and reporting
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
Proven leader with strong communication and change management skills
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This roles pay range is between: $153K to $190K . This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
