We are currently seeking an individual to join the Corporate and Institutional Banking communications team as Senior Communications Manager Banking Europe and Americas.

The role provides the opportunity to influence at a strategic level for a global bank in a complex high-profile environment and the chance to work with senior leaders and be a trusted advisor.

In this role youll:

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Either in house or agency having demonstrated experience of working in or with a highly regulated sector with a preference for financial services
  • Proven experience in fully integrated communications and the ability to develop and execute integrated communication strategies
  • Solid experience developing internal communications strategies in alignment with business priorities
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement change communications and executive communications and business partnering
  • Proven ability to support org change culture and transformation
  • Ability to quickly build strong relationships coach and influence senior leaders peers as well as direct reports.
  • Strong understanding of reputational risk experience identifying preventing and mitigating risks and managing communications during crises or strategic change
