Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented QA Lead to drive the quality strategy and ensure the delivery of robust scalable and defect-free software product. The ideal candidate will lead the QA team define testing processes and collaborate closely with Product Development and DevOps teams to maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the QA team across manual and automation testing.
Define and implement QA strategy test plans and quality metrics.
Ensure comprehensive test coverage including functional regression integration performance and security testing.
Drive automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency and release cycles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and technical specifications.
Identify process gaps and recommend continuous improvement measures.
Ensure timely delivery of releases with minimal production defects.
Track analyze and report QA metrics to leadership.
Qualifications :
610 years of experience in Software Testing with at least 23 years in a lead role.
Strong knowledge of SDLC STLC Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in automation tools (e.g. Selenium Java TestNG).
Understanding of API testing tools (e.g. Postman).
Experience with performance testing tools is a plus.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in SaaS or fintech domain preferred.
