Role Overview

As a Lead Systems Engineer you will lead subsystem design and execution driving complex initiatives across multiple components of the Infoscale platform.

What Youll Do

• Own and evolve key subsystems (storage stack CSI layer DR workflows etc.)
• Drive architecture and design decisions across components
• Lead delivery of cross-functional high-impact features
• Improve scalability performance and reliability of the platform
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team
• Partner with PM and support teams to address critical customer needs

What Were Looking For

• Deep expertise in C/C and Linux systems programming
• Strong understanding of kernel internals IO path and storage systems
• Proven experience designing and delivering scalable systems
• Strong debugging skills across system layers
• Ability to drive technical decisions and influence teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift / CSI drivers
• Knowledge of cloud storage and multi-tenant architectures
• Experience handling customer-critical production issues
