About the team:

This role will support the delivery of key risk and compliance initiatives as part of the Risk Transformation.


Risk Transformation represents a large and structurally significant undertaking for ASX laying the foundations for a risk mature resilient and secure this role you will be responsible for driving structured delivery across Risk Transformation. This role acts as a bridge between program leadership business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure delivery progresses to plan risks are managed and outcomes are achieved in line with agreed strategic objectives and target states.

What you will be doing:

  • Plan Risk and Compliance Uplift work including deliverables outcomes and timelines across all assigned streams.

  • Deliver work in accordance with developed plans and agreed timelines.

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather analyse and validate requirements and delivery design and decisions.

  • Document current and future state processes for each assigned initiative.

  • Support the development of program reporting and governance frameworks.

  • Collaborate with other business analysts and stream leads to ensure program consistency and alignment of outputs.

  • Deploy risk subject matter expertise to design risk artefacts including strategies frameworks and processes.

What you will bring:

Must have

  • Experience as a subject matter specialist across risk and compliance domains.

  • Experience within risk and compliance transformation programs.

  • Strong analytical documentation writing and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple pieces of work across multiple initiatives and streams.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with risk and control frameworks and experience within regulated environments.

Nice to have:

  • Curiosity and adaptability.

  • Collaborative problem-solving.

  • Prior experiences in the deliver of risk transformation

  • Previously worked at an exchange financial markets financial services institution
