Job Summary
We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a passionate Supply Chain Planning Manager who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
In this pivotal role you will oversee both Demand and Supply planning across our overseas and local manufacturing sites ensuring seamless coordination and execution. Youll manage key supply channels and drive the accuracy of our demand forecasting and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes. Success in this role means aligning forecasts with inventory and production schedules through close collaboration with Sales Marketing and Production teams. Youll also work closely with Operations Logistics and Customer Service to continuously assess and optimise planning processes incorporating insights from internal performance and external market factors.

As the leader of a dynamic and diverse team spanning Supply Chain Planning Customer Services Logistics and Master Data you will be responsible for service delivery supply chain optimisation and driving business improvement - all while mitigating supply chain risks and fostering a high performing team environment.

In this role you will:
- Provide expert end to end supply chain service to the business including management of both local and international points of supply
- Implement best in class Supply Chain Management processes
- Collaborate with Key stakeholders internally and externally including a close working relationship with our local manufacturing unit
- Provide strong inspirational Leadership to the team and wider business
- Have a continuous improvement mindset
- Be choiceful and focussed in managing key resources while ensuring optimisation of inventory and management of costs within budget
Qualifications :
Were looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- You will have 7 years experience in a Supply Chain management position
- You will have experience in successfully managing and coaching a diverse team
- You will be a strong communicator and have the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders locally and internationally.
- You will have experience managing relationships with external logistics partners
- You have a track record in delivering best in class Supply Chain KPI results (DIFOT FA FB DIO)
- You have experience in implementation of digitalisation projects with expertise in Excel and experience in the supply chain aspects of SAP
- You will have valid NZ working rights
