The Regional Business Support is responsible for ensuring the effective operation maintenance and continuos improvement of the B2B Portal across the Region. Provides multi-level support manages functional requirements contributes to product quality and supports documentation testing and implementing activities in collaboration with Product GTM and Local Key User teams.
The GTM Regional Consultant acts as the regional link between local key users and the global product teams maintaining accurate contact data and ensuring consistent adoption across regions. Provides proactive consultancy training and support to empower local key users driving consistent high-quality execution of global initiatives to foster digitalization.
Qualifications :
- Fluent in English
- High Service and Customer Orientation
- High Interpersonal Competence (Cooperation & Communication)
- Proven Experience in Business Support and solid Business Process Know-how
- Strong Problem-solving and analytical skills incl. multi tasking capability
- Proactive and highly organized
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Experience and (Basic) Skills in JIRA Confluence & Microsoft Office Apps
- Experience and (Basic) Skills in SAP ERP (Sales & Distribution)
- Experience in E-Commerce or related Online Portals (B2B B2C)
