Senior Manager Execution Services Business Analysis
The Role
Fidelity Digital Assets (FDA) is dedicated to building products and services that help customers adopt digital assets and innovate within the increasingly digital world of finance. Execution Services provides order flow management services for Fidelity clients trading digital assets. This involves trading platform oversight trade exception management trading counterparty relationship management and various trading reporting and analytics. The Execution Services Business Analysis team works closely with Product Delivery Technology Legal Risk and Compliance teams while representing the business on both tactical and strategic product growth deliverables. Members of our team are highly motivated detail-oriented team players that have a drive for innovation with a passion for digital assets markets and financial services products.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
8 years of experience in financial services preferably in Equity or FX trading or operations.
In depth knowledge of front to back trade lifecycle trading technologies specifically API/FIX connectivity & other electronic trading frameworks.
Ability to engage in and support deep technical work and conversation and act as a conduit between business and engineering teams in the translation of product updates and requirements.
Experience in supporting product testing in UAT & Production environments defect analysis and root cause analysis.
Ability to assess value develop strategy and requirements and prioritize features intended to increase the efficiency & automation of electronic trading workflows & day-to-day operations ensuring work focuses on features with maximum business value that are aligned with product strategy road map.
Strong demonstration of working with a risk mindset and understanding of robust technology and business control infrastructure.
Agile project management and prioritization skills.
Understanding and demonstration of quantitative & analytical skills necessary to make data driven decisions.
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively lead influence and regularly interact with global senior stakeholders and business partners.
Proactive self-sufficient and flexible in defining and managing project work milestones and driving strategic initiatives to execution.
Strong familiarity with MS Office suite advanced Excel strong PowerPoint.
Cryptocurrency knowledge is an advantage but not required.
