Opportunity Overview
- Create and add courses to the Catalogue for Programming and Maintenance Training.
- Provide customer assistance for training class registration tuition fee payment and certificate of training completion.
- Process student tuition fee payments using the different payment modes PO credit card service contract and training units.
- Book approve sales order in Oracle Order Entry and generate invoices using the Oracle Accounts Receivable application.
- Prepare training tools and materials such as offline licenses online training materials and virtual machine.
- Provide the highest level of customer service to both external and internal customers by addressing inquiries and issues.

- Excellent phone verbal and written communication skills in English language.
- Must be keen on details.
- Demonstrate excellent workload management skills.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office package (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule including night shift.
- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service work experience will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Business Hours: Monday to Friday 24 hours x 5 days a week.
Work Hours: 5 scheduled days including holidays.
