In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide basic solutions and general application assistance to customers and sales teams.
- Field and respond to general inquiries regarding Emerson products and services.
- Work directly with customers Outside Sales and Application Engineers to deliver pre-sales application support.
- Lead customers through the product selection process to ensure solutions meet application and business requirements.
- Generate formal quotations and develop proposals based on customer requirements ensuring pricing is accurate competitive and technically correct.
- Follow up on quotations and proposals to address questions and support order conversion.
- Monitor and manage approval drawing status identify opportunities when orders are likely to be placed and provide ongoing sales and team support.
- Maintain a proactive customer focused approach in all interactions.
- Perform pricing analyses using historical data and analyze monthly regional sales data using reports generated by Power BI and DOMO.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in a Business-related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer service related to technical products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook Internet.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage work in a fastpaced environment.
