YOUR MISSIONS
You will join the HR Functional Teams and report to the HR Business Partner responsible for Legal Risk Quality/Environment Regulation and Communication/Public Affairs functions. You will be involved in the following areas:
Operational HR / HR Management
Supportand administration ofvarious operational HR processes such as recruitment internationalmobilityand engagement surveys
Support employees and managers on various HR related topics
Contribution to various cross-functional topics depending on team and Group priorities
HR Development
Support inexecution oftalent management processes (performance managementgrowthconversationsetc.)
Supporting business teams in defining their development plans
Coordination of plan for Learning and development including tracking and follow up
HR Projects
Involvement in cross-functional projects based on team-and Group needs such as competency framework implementation
YOUR PROFILE
You can apply if:
You are currently pursuing aBachelors or Mastersdegree (45 years of higher education)in Human Resources (business school CIFFOP university etc.)
You have already completed a successful first experience in a company and are eager to commit to an operational HR role
You are rigorous well organizedand have strong analytical skills
You are curious proactive and recognized for your ability to question and seek information
Youdemonstratestrong service orientationcommunicative ability and adaptability to different stakeholders
You are proficient in IT tools especiallyExcel and PowerPoint
You are comfortable working in an international environment and havea goodlevelofEnglish (written and spoken) French is a plus
