We are looking for a Program Manager Associate who will be responsible for managing seller support and seller marketing for STEP Program- Amazon seller tiering and incentive program. You will join a high performing learning-oriented analytical team who are motivated to work hard have fun and make history.
As a program manager associate you will be owning relationships with our selling partners and resolve their issues to better seller experience. You will be responsible for working closely with sellers liaison with internal Product & Program teams SPS and account management teams to identify improvement areas to reduce the returns enhancing the seller experience on the Amazon platform.
Key job responsibilities
1. Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Account Management Product Marketing and Operations) to understand seller pain points operational gaps and program requirements.
2. Drive resolution of seller-impacting issues by coordinating with internal teams ensuring timely closure and minimizing seller disruption.
3. Support seller marketing initiatives by enabling targeted outreach validating eligibility cohorts and ensuring operational readiness for program launches.
4. Monitor and manage operational tickets and escalations ensuring adherence to SLAs and improving turnaround times.
5. Gather and analyze seller feedback to come up with seller experience improvement suggestions and work with Product Manager for solution.
6. Knowledge of SQL and/or Excel
About the team
STEP is a seller tiering program that influences guides and rewards sellers to improve customer inputs. It does so by creating a framework to tier seller basis their performance against pre-defined evaluation metrics and rewarding them differentially. Over the last couple of years STEP program has driven improvements across key business metrics such as Cancellation Rate (SCRR) and Late Dispatch Rate that it sought to influence. Voice of Seller (VOS) has been positive and also indicates that sellers leverage STEP to monitor their performance and improve customer experience.
