Job Summary
To ensure productivity and delivery from production equipment is as per given methods following WCM methods and Quality parametersMaintain the machines as per AM/ PM
What you will do
1. Build daily schedule prioritisation based on production needs and maintenance calender2. Support pillar in terms of KPIs/Targets achievements3. Encourage WCM activities (PM/ AM) in their day to day teams 4. Support pillar in terms of KAIs (Key Activity Indicator) execution5. Provide trainings on AM and maintenance routine to production team members6. Solve technical/ machine related nonroutine problems
We believe you have
At least 3 years experience in maintenance with Diploma Engineering or 5-7 years with High School technical education Capable of leading and guiding others and managing in maintenance problem solving Advanced WCM knowledge Preferred Production Processes Quality knowledge Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment within a manufacturing environment Knowledge of developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs and repair procedure
