Job Summary
IT Onsite Support Engineer
Location: Zhuanqiao Minhang District Shanghai
- IT Onsite Support - Daily operations and maintenance of Sled Lab
- IT KPI Management - Responsible for IT ScoreCard management across three sites in Shanghai ensuring monthly ScoreCard compliance and qualification

What will you do
- Provide hardware/software support services to onsite clients including break/fix
- Implement virus detection and eradication procedures
- Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions
- Troubleshoot network devices to ensure connectivity from PC to Network
- Perform daily maintenance and management of lab equipment
- Assist in the implementation and deployment of IT-related projects
- Document and track IT support tickets ensuring timely issue resolution
- Monitor and report on IT KPIs and ScoreCard metrics
What do you need to succeed
Required Skills:
- 1 years of corporate desktop support experience with strong emphasis on supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Experience troubleshooting and replacing hardware on Dell PCs
- Experience using Active Directory
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2007 Microsoft Office 2016 including MS Lync Microsoft Outlook Web Application (OWA) and Outlook 2016 client
- Experience troubleshooting wireless connectivity issues
- Quality customer service skills
- VPN experience
- Experience with Symantec products including Endpoint Protection Bitlocker SCCM and RDP
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with IT KPI and ScoreCard management
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
