Job Description

主要职责

1. 负责自动化设备日常巡检维护和保养确保稳定运行提高良品率降低非计划停机时间满足生产任务需求

2. 及时处理设备异常进行维修或上报与相关部门接口解决问题确定需求并实施改进根据需要提供培训

3. 协助工程师完成自动化设计评审及设备验收确保设备选型与工艺要求相匹配

4. 遵循公司 PPI 和 Kaizen 流程方法持续改善设备性能优化运行效率降本增效

5. 完成领导安排的其他工作

任职要求

1. 大专及以上学历机械自动化或相关专业优先能够阅读相关英文文件熟练使用 Office 软件

2. 具备 3 年以上自动化设备维修经验有注塑吹塑背景及熟悉模具知识者优先

3. 掌握西门子 PLCAB PLC 和触摸屏等编程与调试技能具备电气图纸阅读能力能查找和解决异常

4. 能够使用 CADSolidWorks 等绘图软件绘制简易图纸具备良好的工程图识别能力

5. 具有较强的责任心及现场问题分析和解决能力能够在紧急情况下妥善处理生产过程中的异常情况

6. 能够适应一定的工作压力包括可能无法预测的倒班加班及其他工作安排

7. 具有良好的团队合作精神与生产相关的其他部门保持密切沟通确保生产任务顺利完成
