Location:This is afull-timeposition based at our East Hanover NJ HQ office with in-office expectations of50% of the time (2-3 days a week).
Mission:Drive disproportionate growth on OREO Platforms tounlock new occasions anddrive penetration amongkeyconsumers. This requires an agile mindsetrisk takingperseveranceand tenacity!Working with cross-functional teams youwilldevelopandexecuteOREOPlatformsportfolio strategy to drive sustainable brand growth and deliver businessobjectives. You support profit and loss managementfuture business development plansandobjectivesfocused onend-to-end marketing across equity commercialization and innovation strategy.
Responsibilities & Outcomes:
This role will focus specifically on OREO Minis OREO Cakes & Pastries and forthcoming indulgent innovation.This leader willalsoleadthe Platform teamsrelationship with the omni teamto drive best-in-class execution in-store andonline anddrive ourholisticorganic social strategy.
Working with other internal stakeholders you willdeterminethe priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth&commerciallaunches.
You will develop annual planssettingobjectivesandallocatingresources.
Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns.
Critical is to provide inspiring leadership to both the brand team and cross-functional team members and help pull teams together to manage priorities anddeliver ongoals.

What extra ingredients you will bring:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Management or related field(MBAa plus).
Job specific requirements:
7 years (for Sr. Brand Manager)of progressive experience in Brand Marketing working with large CPG brands (revenue of $100MM)
Creative and innovative mindset ability tothink outside the boxand challenge the status quo
Demonstrated understanding of the retail landscape/working with retail accounts (partnership joint business value creationetc)
Brand Equity Marketing experience: Consumer storytelling towards desired behavior change long-term strategyagencyand external partnership management
Travel requirements:Approx.2-3business trips per year
