Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Handle emails phone calls and client inquiries professionally
- Prepare reports presentations and documents
- Maintain digital filing systems and databases
- Assist clients with basic policy inquiries and appointment scheduling
- Prepare and process insurance applications and documentation
- Follow up on policy renewals claims and payments
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Send reminders for policy renewals and outstanding documents
- Support lead generation and follow-up communications
- Manage social media scheduling (if required)
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and email campaigns
- Ensure all client data is handled confidentially
- Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of insurance products (life health auto home etc.) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Workspace and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High-speed internet connection and reliable computer setup
