Personal Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Managerto join a growing mid-sized agency. This role is integral to the team providing exceptional service to the clients while supporting a producers in managing and growing their accounts. Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $65000 annually

Responsibilities
- Quote and market new and renewal business for personal lines accounts
- Prepare proposals and negotiate terms with carriers to secure the best outcomes for clients
- Collaborate closely with producers to support client needs and account growth
- Maintain and manage client accounts using EPIC software
- Provide exceptional customer service addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Stay updated on industry trends carrier offerings and regulatory requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in personal lines insurance including quoting marketing and negotiating with carriers
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software preferred
- Skills: Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills
- Location: Must be located within 2-3 hours of the office for remote work eligibility
