Job Summary
Te kōwhiringa The Opportunity
As our Performance Manager in Tauranga youll sit at the centre of our Bay of Plenty contract connecting operations finance and client expectations into one clear performance picture.
Youll own the systems reporting and insights that keep the contract compliant profitable and improving. From KPI dashboards and variation tracking to monthly claims WIP and forecasting youll make sure there are no surprises and no missed opportunities.
Youll present clear commercial insights to our Leadership Team and Client influence decision-making and step in early when performance drifts.
At the same time youll lead and elevate our finance and administration team building capability structure and a culture that runs tight accurate and audit ready.
This is a leadership role for someone who wants impact not just process.
Mōu koe About You
Youre systems-savvy and confident at the leadership table.
You bring:
Experience managing KPIs and performance frameworks
Strong financial management capability (P&L WIP forecasting claims)
Background in infrastructure construction or services (preferred)
Proven people leadership experience
Confidence presenting insights to senior leaders and clients
A continuous improvement mindset
High attention to detail with strong commercial judgement
Desirable:
Tertiary qualification in Accountancy
CAANZ membership
JDE/Workbench experience
