Location: Oslo & project sites across Norway
Start: March 2026
Duration: 6 months (strong potential to extend)

Were seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Site Manager to join a high-performing leading data centre developer/operator delivering large-scale mission-critical projects across Norway.
Youll be responsible for on-site leadership and delivery managing all construction activities across mechanical electrical and civil works. Youll coordinate contractors and subcontractors ensure compliance with health & safety quality and programme requirements drive daily progress resolve on-site issues and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders.
You are:
Experienced as a Construction Manager / Site Manager on data centre or mission-critical builds
Skilled in on-site leadership planning and construction coordination
Confident managing subcontractors HSE compliance site logistics and quality standards
Excellent at programme management problem-solving and communication
Comfortable working across multicultural teams in fast-paced environments
