The Role
This is a varied hands-on position ideal for a chef who enjoys both savoury and pastry work.
You will:
Run your own section during service
Support dessert and pastry production including breads and sweet elements
Work across sauce larder and garnish as required
Maintain strong mise en place and section organisation
Deliver consistent Rosette-level presentation
Uphold food safety and kitchen compliance standards
This is an excellent opportunity to develop as a well-rounded chef within a respected hotel environment.
About You
Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi ready to step up
Background in quality fresh-food kitchens (Rosette experience desirable)
Passion for both savoury and pastry
Organised reliable and calm under pressure
Keen to progress within a structured quality-led brigade
