The Role
Working closely with the Head Chef you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen supporting both service and organisation.
You will:
Support daily kitchen operations across lunch service and club events
Prepare and deliver fresh well-executed dishes to a consistent standard
Assist with menu development bringing simple seasonal ideas
Maintain strong organisation prep and hygiene standards
Support stock control ordering and kitchen structure
Step up to lead the kitchen when required
