- Proactively source attract and engage qualified candidates through diverse channels including job boards LinkedIn referrals career fairs and professional networks.
- Build and maintain an active talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Assessment & Selection
- Screen resumes conduct phone and video interviews and coordinate assessments to evaluate candidates skills culture fit and potential.
- Manage end-to-end interview processes ensuring timely feedback and seamless candidate communication.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements success profiles and workforce plans.
- Provide guidance on hiring best practices market insights and compensation benchmarks.
Recruitment Strategy & Employer Branding
- Design and execute recruitment campaigns that align with SeamlessHRs goals and employer value proposition.
- Champion the SeamlessHR brand by delivering a consistent engaging and inclusive candidate experience.
Recruitment Operations & Analytics
- Utilize and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track applications update pipelines and generate reports.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill source effectiveness) and recommend process improvements.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Collaborate with HR and department leads to ensure smooth onboarding and transition for new hires.
- Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement retention and organizational culture.
- 5-8 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Management or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions employment laws and industry best practices.
- Strong communication interpersonal analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven capacity to adapt to changes pivot quickly and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex HR concepts to diverse audiences.
- Comfort and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related technologies.
- Ability to leverage technology for efficient HR processes and data-driven decision-making.
- Committed to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging trends and innovations in HR practices.
