AC Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Vendor Management team to plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules on AC/HVAC system in assigned region.
2. Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities of AC/HVAC systems (split package central VRF/VRV) by O&M Vendors ensuring Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) due dates and all specifications are strictly adhered to.
3. Conduct spot-checks inspections and job completion assessments. Supervise end-to-end maintenance (Corrective and Preventive) schedule and activities testing and quality assurance of companys owned electrical equipment in assigned clusters
4. Lead train and monitor O&M Vendors technicians to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to standards.
5. Diagnose complex faults and provide technical guidance for repairs.
6. Ensure optimal system performance energy efficiency and minimal downtime.
7. Monitor and control maintenance costs spare parts usage and inventory.
8. Prepare maintenance reports performance metrics and documentation.
9. Operational reports including product and personnel performance as it relates to HVAC systems.
10. Supervises the day-to-day activities of maintenance staff; monitor and guide team to complete necessary work schedules.
11. Implement point-point wiring diagrams and select components for company-built control panels.
12. Contribute to the development of company policies and oversight procedures to ensure that the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
13. Prepare and submit reports to the Regional Site Managers on all matters pertaining to job area.
14. Provide strategic input to the business to ensure that the business strategy and the supporting functional strategies are well thought through clearly articulated and regularly monitored.
15. Ensure that the Companys Health Safety and Environment policies are always complied with and that Health Safety and Environment is an integral part of all work practices
16. Manage relationships with Customers partners and vendors.
17. Identify and be responsible for potential major risks highlighting any potential concerns in an appropriate and timely manner. For identified risks prioritise and ensure that a robust action plan with monitoring is put in place.
18. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Regional Site Manager.

Qualification/Skills Requirement:

• 5 years ofcognateexperience.

• Intermediate use of Microsoft Office Suite (including Word Excel Teams and Outlook).
