Job Title: Childrens Home Registered Manager
Location: Finedon Wellingborough
Salary: Starting at 50000 per annum yearly performance bonus Ofsted bonus
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week flexibility required to meet the needs of the home

Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: Young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required:
Level 3 in Childrens Residential (or equivalent)
Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Children and Young People (or working towards)
Experience Required:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant childrens residential care role within the last 5 years
Experience managing or supporting an Ofsted inspection
Strong working knowledge of the Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards

Number of beds: 4
Who we are looking for:
A committed and experienced Registered Manager with a strong safeguarding ethos and a clear understanding of therapeutic trauma-informed care. You will be confident in leading a team maintaining compliance and driving positive outcomes for young people.
Deputy Managers with the required experience and readiness to step up into registration will also be considered.
