Registered Manager Childrens Home
Salary: Up to 55000 Bonus Scheme and Welcome Bonus
Do you have the experience to lead a childrens residential home while maintaining strong consistent standards across care compliance and team performance This role requires a Registered Manager who understands how to balance leadership accountability and day-to-day operational oversight within a structured environment.
You will be responsible for a childrens home supporting children and young people. The service is supported by an established management team providing the structure and guidance needed to maintain and build on current standards.

What Youll Need
Proven senior experience within childrens residential care Registered Manager or Deputy Manager (essential)
Previous Registered Manager experience is highly desirable
Level 3 or Level 4 Childrens Residential qualification (or equivalent)
Level 5 Leadership qualification or willingness to work towards it
Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and regulatory requirements
Experience managing budgets and financial performance
Full UK driving licence
What Youll Do
Oversee the day-to-day running of the childrens residential home
Maintain high standards of care safeguarding and compliance
Manage budgets and monitor financial performance
Ensure the home remains inspection-ready in line with Ofsted expectations
Lead support and develop the staff team
Oversee care planning and ensure outcomes for young people are met
