Registered Manager Childrens Residential Home - Up to 55000 - Complex Needs and EBD
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager within childrens residential care who can lead with consistency integrity and a clear understanding of what good care looks like in practice.
You will oversee the day-to-day running of a well-established EBD childrens home supporting children and young people with complex needs. This is a role where your leadership will directly influence stability outcomes and the overall quality of care within the service.

What Youll Need
- Proven senior experience in childrens residential care Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager with a strong track record (essential)
- Level 3 or Level 4 Childrens Residential qualification (or equivalent)
- Level 5 Leadership qualification or willingness to work towards it
- Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and inspection processes
- Experience managing budgets and financial accountability
- Full UK driving licence
What Youll Do
- Lead the overall management of a childrens residential home
- Ensure safe consistent and high-quality care delivery
- Provide leadership to staff supporting children with complex needs and EBD
- Manage budgets and oversee financial performance of the service
- Lead on Ofsted preparation and ongoing compliance standards
- Recruit supervise and develop the staff team
- Oversee care planning and ensure positive outcomes for young people
