We are seeking an experienced and motivated Software Technical Program Manager who can learn with agility in order to develop continuously evolve test automation scripts support quality and reliability initiatives in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages programs from strategy creation to execution to delivery to completion while monitoring and reporting their status to the program stakeholders and all involved parties throughout the programs lifecycle.
- Ensures progress against important milestones where consistent and coordinated implementation is required.
- Maintains a perspective on impact of change.
- Develops patterns and documentation to ensure ongoing maintenance of technical and regulatory solutions.
- Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts across various topics to understand implications on the organizations technology strategy.
- Oversees programs with top-down oversight throughout the entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope budget and timeline.
- Translates requirements for multi-disciplinary complex programs into technical specifications applicable across a broad range of projects.
- Identifies stakeholders and their roles keeping them updated on the progress of the project addressing their concerns seeking and implementing their feedback.
- Evaluates and defines existing technology standards to ensure compliance with program-level requirements.
- Works with partner teams to redesign process flows when necessary.
- Tracks emerging technology and policy trends that might affect operations.
