In Global Finance Services we manage clients through Collections and Contract-to-Cash processes.Using the power of Oracle we deliver exceptional service and support to over 30 countries worldwide seeking to continuously improve and enhance the overall client work collaboratively to develop new business opportunities too. On our four-to-six-month internship youll do more than just experience our work youll help us deliver it.
Responsibilities

Joining us for four-to-six months youll build invaluable real-world experience and apply your education in a challenging and rewarding environment. Being mentored and supported by experienced leaders you will work in one of the following two teams.
Billing
In this area you will be responsible in processing and reviewing project invoices and credit notes received from NAM EMEA and APAC offices in accordance with the agreed performance metrics.You will alsosupport ad hoc tasks and other deliverables in a daily weekly and monthly basis.
Project Maintenance
In this area you will support the Billing team and ensure the smooth operation of our projects and customer interactions. This will see you:
- Setting up new customer and project codes.
- Processing customer and project-related changes and requests.
- Accommodating inquiries from our NAM EMEA and APAC customers and stakeholders.
Whichever team you join youll learn every day through a full induction on-the-job experiences and opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects with expert professionals.

Requirements:
To transform your tomorrow with a WTW internship youll need:
- To be in your penultimate or final year of university
- To be studying for a degree inBusiness Administration Finance or a related field
- Willing to participate in a full-time university-required internship program for 4 to 6 months
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- The ability to work well both independently and in a team
- Adaptable to learn new processes concepts and skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A good understanding of the accounting process
- A keen attention to detail
- A natural team player
Workstyles:
Were open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least one day a week in the office learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow interns. Your time in the office will also include attending meetings and undertaking scheduled training.
