Job Summary

Direct Report: Sales Manager
Tasks and responsibilities:
Customer Portfolio Management:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers individual needs and requests
- Respond to the customers queries in a timely manner
- Work to satisfy customers needs and requests
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers
Business development:
- Generate new business in line with strategy of the company by using existing and potential customer networks
- Support the Marketing Team in external communication
- Participate to external events
Sales administration:
- Take care of good registration and encoding within CRM
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Set and track sales account targets aligned with company strategy and objectives
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Security
- Knowledge of company information security policies privacy rules and procedures
- Ability to identify and report suspicious behavior or phishing or social engineering attempts
- Knowledge of security practices for managing sensitive and personal information
Mandatory languages (must-have):
- Dutch : native
- French : professional working proficiency
- English : professional working proficiency
