Job Summary

Job Title: Data Center Manager
Location: Brussels (Hybrid/Remote)

Overview:
ETNIC is seeking an experienced Data Center Manager to support the design and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies across its infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze the current data center architecture (from physical to application layers) for critical systems
Define and implement Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP)
Establish recovery objectives (RTO/RPO) and a step-by-step improvement roadmap
Support the deployment of services to a secondary data center (DC2)
Contribute to the evolution toward a multi-data center architecture
Integrate private cloud solutions to enhance resilience and continuity
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and identify existing tools and documentation

Requirements:

Strong expertise in data center design and IT infrastructure operations
Proven experience with DRP/BCP implementation
Knowledge of resilient architectures (active/active active/passive)
Understanding of cybersecurity and IT audits
Experience with cloud integration in disaster recovery environments
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English and French
