Job Summary

Job Description

  • The mission of the project manager in support of the Customer Experience team consists in particular of:
  • Integrating the challenges of the ticketing strategy and the ticket distribution strategy and supporting its implementation during the duration of his mission;
  • Master the ambitions of distribution projects in physical points of sale and the customer journeys envisaged their objectives the methodology and the associated resources (planning budget expertise) according to the terms of any public contracts governing the mission of external service providers;
  • Contribute to the drafting of the public procurement documents necessary for its mission and to the selection of service providers capable of providing the best level of service (the attention of tenderers is drawn to the fact that no conflict of interest will be admitted by the contracting authority);
  • Organize the workshops necessary for the reflection and implementation of new distribution and customer support solutions at the point of sale;
  • Support the TEC stakeholders to document and clarify the impact of these launches on the organization and contribute to the change management process (including in particular the formalization of new procedures to be planned to improve the quality of the experience or the introduction of new tools);
  • Assist in coordinating the work of selected suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with the project schedule and alert project management to possible risks;
  • Assist in the coordination of the testing and validation stages in order to verify the compliance of the products and solutions delivered with the expectations and vision of the TEC Group;
  • Organize and manage the exchange of information between stakeholders and project management in order to guarantee the transparency of information exchanges
