Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support the ANPR initiative within the Directorate of Police Information and ICT. The role involves managing technical projects coordinating stakeholders and ensuring efficient project delivery in a complex multi-actor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify improvement areas and propose effective solutions
Gather and analyze requirements from various police zones
Develop and implement project action plans
Monitor project progress risks and performance
Prepare reports including issues mitigations and decisions
Implement quality management processes
Manage project tracking and documentation (JIRA Confluence)
Contribute to future planning of camera networks and infrastructure
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with project tracking and documentation tools
Proven ability to manage stakeholders in complex environments
Strong communication and coordination skills
Technical Skills:
Network architecture (LAN/WAN/VLAN/VPN)
Infrastructure integration and migration
Monitoring reporting and documentation
Security and firewalling (preferred)
Risk management and business continuity
Languages:
French or Dutch: Native (required)
English: Active knowledge
