Key Accountabilities;

Review and issue the Purchasing Requisition and Purchase Order.
Planning scheduling and follow up shipments with suppliers.
Supplier sourcing according to companys minimum requirements.
Coordinate with users to ensure their requests.
Supplier performance review and feedback.
Systematically filling as per ISO requirement.
Summarize monthly reports and others according to supervisor/managers assignment.
Review raw material cost and update into Oracle system.
Cost reduction negotiation.
To ensure PR & PO approval is under authorization limit.

Key Qualifications;

Education Qualification:

Bachelors degree in related field.

Technical Competence & Skills:

Possess good knowledge and understanding of buyer functions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel and PowerPoint).
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Understanding of ISOand 45001 standards in relation to procurement processes.
Detail-oriented well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Relevant Experience:

At least 1-3 years of working experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Others:

Good command of Thai and English.
A positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills energetic and eager to learn.
