Job Summary
This is a regular full-time position and is located in Fort Nelson BC.

- Effectively support the overall objectives of the store including providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales
- Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals
- Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keepingthe storestocked and tidy.
Salary range: $55000- $70000. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.
Qualifications :
To join our team you need:
- Strong aptitude for people management communication and organization
- relevant experience in a leadership role is an asset
- Automotive aftermarket and parts supply background and/or knowledge an asset
