Job Summary
About the RoleSettlement Services International (SSI) is seeking a Community Development Officer to support new and emerging multicultural communities across Brisbane and Moreton Bay this role youll deliver placebased community engagement and development initiatives that build capacity strengthen social cohesion and improve community outcomes for the refugee and migrant to the Community Relations Manager youll implement key community development activities under the Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS) programs. Working closely with community leaders from new and emerging communities with the major focus on the refugee communities service providers and government stakeholders youll codesign culturally responsive initiatives that responds to the needs of these reach out to us for thefull Position Descriptionto review the Key Responsibilities and Measures of YouYou bring experience in community development engagement with the new and emerging refugee and migrant communities or a related field and are confident working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
