Job Summary

Were looking for a curious empathetic and collaborative individual to join our User-Centred Design (UCD) team. This is an entry-level role for someone who is motivated by understanding people and shaping digital services that genuinely improve everyday a world increasingly shaped by AI your role will help ensure that human needs perspectives and values remain at the heart of the solutions we create.

Youll develop skills across Service Design User Research UX Design and Content Design. You will also learn how to deeply understand users the environments they operate in and the challenges they face. Youll grow your craft through hands-on work on real projects helping deliver meaningful digital transformation for public and private sector clients across Europe.

You will support research and design activities

You will help capture insights and turn them into artefacts such as personas user journeys blueprints and storyboards as well as design outputs like concepts and digital prototypes.

You will support stakeholder engagement by advocating for user needs whilst meeting business requirements

You will learn from senior colleagues and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams

You will learn how to apply ethical and inclusive principles when planning research and shaping design decisions

You will build knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem including business applications and AI to ensure designs consider technical feasibility while supporting meaningful outcomes for users and organizations.

Qualifications :

A bachelors or masters degree in a relevant discipline such as psychology business economics social sciences public policy data/analytics or other UCDrelated field. Alternatively equivalent practical experience that demonstrates strong analytical communication and problemsolving skills.

Curiosity about people design and technology.

A willingness to learn experiment and take feedback.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Interest in creating inclusive accessible solutions that work for all users.

Curiosity about emerging technologies including AI and their impact on users.

Good to Have

Awareness of user research or design methods .

Familiarity with tools such as Figma Mural Microsoft 365.
