What Youll Do

• Lead discovery research to uncover user needs behaviours and pain points in new contexts
• Influence product strategy and design decisions using data-driven insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to frame problems and prioritise opportunities
• Facilitate research synthesis sessions to drive innovation
• Conduct rapid evaluative research to validate and iterate concepts
• Communicate findings in a clear persuasive and actionable way to stakeholders

• Strong experience across discovery ideation and evaluative UX research
• Proven ability to influence product and design decisions through research
• Excellent synthesis problem-framing and storytelling skills
• Comfortable working autonomously in multidisciplinary teams
